Hey, I am sorry but it's taking longer than I'd like because of real life commitments. But I am still working on it bit by bit, and I will post an update when I feel like there is enough progress.

Wow, I just tried this and it's actually so good, especially for a demo ! I love pretty much everything here, story, art, gameplay etc. I'm really looking forward to the next updates because your game has such a high potential !! The only little drawback I could point out is the fighting feature I'd say. I think it's a very good idea but it feels a bit... Lacking ? It would be great to have some NSFW scenes with the mobs, or being able to find some rare weapons/items and acquire diverse skills. But I understand if that would make too much work, and tbh if it stays as it is rn it's totally fine. Anyway this is overall such a good work ! I really love it and props to you for everything
Hey, I'm glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the support! I agree, most people found the battle system the biggest flaw, and I certainly did not work on it much for the demo, so that will be one of the priorities to rehaul in the next update.
Just tried out the demo and am VERY IMPRESSED! I usually don't try rpgmaker games, but this one's premise and art really got my attention. Really like the overall story, and the potential routes. Really can't wait for the full release!
Now, I will say the fog is a bit too foggy in the forest (to the point that its hard to see clearly), so am hopeful that this can be toned down a bit in the final game. I'm also hoping for more sexual options in combat (either winning or losing). The enemy artwork is pretty hot, so they need some sexytimes to go with it. Finally, I'd suggest some bottoming routes with the watch be added.
I’ll definitely tone down the fog, and implement bottoming scenes. With the enemies, I was planning scenes with them, but at the moment I will focus on the human characters first. But hopefully I’ll include everything in the full release.

3 Observations/Suggestions:
I think the biggest improvements can be made to the UI. It would be nice to highlight the dialogue more. A lot of times I'm distracted by the background as the textbox is quite transparent and end up missing some of the story. And having an option to hide the textbox for the sex scenes would be amazing.
Also, the mist in the forest is there to make things more atmospheric but it sacrifices a lot of visual clarity, I had a hard time finding my way around and I'm not an RPG greenhorn. Might be beneficial to have an optional tone down.
Battle gameplay wise, unless there's something to hold the player's attention like cool skills animations or strategic planning (attributes/stat points/skill trees, etc), I do feel like it is a waste of time. I think it is fine as is, and I don't think it is fair to expect a innovative and fleshed out battle system for what is essentially a demo for a niche NSFW gay visual novel as I can imagine it would sink a lot of Dev time, so it would be a huge QoL if we can fast-forward or outright skip battles. I think battles are important to make realistic the protagonist's progression, but not at the expense of the player mindlessly clicking basic attack 500 times. Some NSFW RPGs like Lust Odyssey try to placate by having each battle encounter reward the player in a potential NSFW scenario, but they still get complaints on the grind. There doesn't seem to be a good textbook way to implement this.
2 Suggestions (me being nit-picky):
For accessibility, would appreciate if both WASD/Arrow Keys could be used for movement, both Enter/Space could be used for interact/next, and ESC could bring up menu controls at any time (ESC was locked out during certain dialogues, forcing me to lose progress as I couldn't save where I wanted to).
If a quick tap of the movement control could let the character change orientation, without moving. That way, you can "interact" with the environment, sit on benches, lie on beds, etc.
You are right that there is a severe lack of male ASFR games, (and a general lack of non-furry gay NSFW games in the Barasphere). So thank you immensely for creating this. Awesome job! Based on the steamy NSFW scenes afforded by the demo, I'd be more than happy to monetarily support the development of this game. Looking forward to your updates (especially scenes with the detective!)...

I will make some big UI changes in the next update, but I am a beginner with the engine so I might not be able to implement everything, although I will try to.

I would love for there to be more of this game. It's really well done. I would love to see what you do with the evil route and see the finalized versions of the puzzles and questlines needed to get the different men over to John.
I'm loving this game so far. It is really fun and super hot. I do have a few critqiues I like to throw out there in which some may have already been mentioned by others but I'll list them in detail anyway.
- 1st: In the forest there is a little too many trees placed in the foreground so it makes hard sometimes when combined with the dense fog to see where you character is placed after entering/leaving and moving to a new area of the forest.
-2nd: It is hard to gage how much damage you are doing to enemies you come across without some kind of health bar for the enemy. If there is one going to be implemented that would be really helpful because when I battled chronos I had no idea how long it would take before I full defeated without that health bar. Luckily though for me it wasn't a super long battle.
-3rd: I'm a little bit confused on how to revive an ally or yourself after you get killed in the game. I tried to use some poitions on myself at that point but they didn't seem to do anything and it only heald my ally after myself got killed by chronos. I would suggest adding in more ways to be able to revive yourself and also heal yourself not just in the middle of a battle but outside of a battle too. So say for instance you are just walking through the forest but your HP is low and you have a few potions to heal yourself. Having the ability to use some of those potions outside of battle in particular would be awesome that you are are not frantically trying to heal yourself before a first blow if you happen to get caught up in a match by a surpise enemy.

Had to restart a several times because I was spam clicking and the character moved during lab cutscenes and got stuck. In the end I learned where the cutscenes are and saved just prior to entering the locations so i didnt have to repeat getting to the lab again.
After completing, I also stopped time and went back to the lab and had conversations with everyone in there while time was still frozen. When I got to Victor, he gave me another stopwatch and sent me home to a black screen.
couple questions 1. Will the full game cost anything, and or will there be builds that are free if its paid for 2. will there be possible bad ending where the MC is on the receiving end 3. will there be scenes of the mc bottoming

I downloaded the Windows demo, but none of the exes seem to work. I'm clicking on the Game.exe in the Alternate State Demo folder, but nothing happens.
right click your game.exe -> properties -> compability and put it on win7 and run the game again. Try this maybe? Or see if you have antivirus or anti malware programmes blocking it.
Thanks for the kind words. I'm reworking a lot of the mechanics from scratch at the moment, and will be revamping the sprites, maps and CGs. I plan to expand on the town first with more NPCs. It will take a while but I hope it'll be worth the wait!

This is a fun little romp, love the concept of time stop abuse, and a top MC... One slight issue is when you have two party members the hit point damage is too low on enemies so you have little to no idea how much damage your doing to them. Still this was a great demo, and hope you continue to develop it :)

Just played the demo of this game and wanted to drop my thoughts. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience and the potential this game has. Here's what I liked and some suggestions for improvement:

The art style is fantastic! It's impressive how AI was used to create such visually appealing graphics for the game. Kudos to you!
The premise of the game is intriguing. The concept of the stopwatch and its possibilities, especially with the hot men in the neighborhood, got me hooked. I'm curious to see how the story unfolds.
I really dig the top-down perspective. It adds a cool vibe to the gameplay and gives me a nostalgic feel.
Critiques:
I have to be honest, the turn-based combat didn't resonate well with me. It felt like it interrupted the pacing of the game and was more of a gimmick to increase playtime. I didn't find it particularly enjoyable, especially when I had to exploit the potion bug just to defeat the giant plant enemy. Personally, I would love an option in the full version to skip all enemy encounters since I'm more into visual novels for their art and story.
Another issue I encountered was the abundance of enemies in the forest without any means to escape them. If you don't plan to add a skip combat option, it would be helpful to have an alternative way to bypass enemies without having to engage in combat.
Overall, the demo showed a lot of promise, and I'm excited to see how the game progresses. Keep up the great work, and I'm looking forward to future updates!

I'm a fan of a lot of the games here on Itch, and I'm aware that *most* games on offer have the MC being a total bottom, so I see/understand a desire to offer a game with an MC top. That said.. if at all possible, please give a choice for both options. You'll get fans of both styles that way.. :P

I had the same issue. Click into the the game folder itself (Alternative State Demo) and then run Game.exe, it should work.

Love the demo. Couple issues:

My antivirus doesn't seem to be causing any problems, and switching to win7 compatibility doesn't seem to do anything. :/

Thank you for the support! I will definitely try and be inclusive of more sexual preferences and include bottoming scenes (and perhaps other fetishes) as well. At the moment I will try to get a basic framework complete and add to the scenes in further updates.
